This coffee pot drips - I've decalcified, delimed, de-everything and it still drips - very disappointed in this product. The only thing it does do is make a quick cup of coffee. I probably should have given it only one star.
Bunn uses a proprietary pre-heat function to store hot water on demand. This is a well designed product. This machine makes a great cup of coffee. Making a pot of coffee is efficient and quick. The only problem I had was the internal heating element gives off a funny odor during the break-in period.
